Final Sale
All sale items, as well as jewelry, bags, hats, gift items, and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping Charges
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Responsibility for Packages
Once a package has left our facility and is scanned by USPS, UPS, or any mail carrier, Olivina is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages — including those marked as delivered.
Need A Different Size?
If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order as soon as possible since inventory moves quickly. You can then return the original item by following the return instructions below.
Return Policy
We want you to truly love your Olivina purchase. If you need to make a return, please follow these guidelines:
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery or local pickup notification.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. - A 7% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How To Return: Request a Return Authorization
- Email info@olivina.shop within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization number (RA#). Include your RA# on your UPS or FedEx shipping label and enclose a copy of your packing slip.
- Returns must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of return authorization approval.
- Refunds will be processed once the merchandise has been received and inspected.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@olivina.shop within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and the word “DAMAGED” in the subject line, along with a clear photo of the issue.
