Processing Time
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. This doesn’t include transit time once your order is on its way.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or another carrier, it becomes their responsibility. We’re unable to replace or refund packages that are marked as delivered but lost or stolen. If you encounter an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@olivina.shop so we can make it right.

Local Pick UP
If you’re local to 30A, FL, you can select Local Delivery at checkout. 

Weekend Orders
Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday, as our fulfillment team takes a well deserved rest to recharge.
